INSPIRATO® Pass Travel Rules

Welcome to Inspirato Pass. With your Pass, you receive access to a list of Inspirato Pass trips and Beyond Travel options (your “Trip List”)that you can book at no additional cost beyond your Inspirato Pass enrollment and subscription fees. “Beyond Travel” options include curated lifestyle merchandise and experiences. Inspirato Pass trips and Beyond Travel are collectively referred to a “Opportunity” or as “Opportunities.”

• Except where you prepay, each Pass purchased requires a non-refundable enrollment fee, plus payment of the first month. Thereafter, except where you prepay, Pass membership requires a monthly payment for the duration of the term. You may purchase multiple Passes.
• All payments, including prepayments, are non-refundable, but you may cancel your Pass at any time without penalty by providing 30 days’ written notice to your Member Care team. If you cancel, you will be required to pay the enrollment fee, plus payment of the first month to rejoin.
• Provided you accept and comply with the Inspirato Terms and Conditions, each Inspirato Pass entitles you to hold unlimited Inspirato Pass reservations and/or orders at a time, subject to reservation and order terms.
• You may add your spouse or life partner to your Inspirato Pass as your “Co-Passholder.”
• In accordance with your Terms and Conditions, Pass reservations may be shared with your adult children and parents, for an additional monthly fee dependent on the level of sharing permissions you wish to purchase, or as added in Operator’s sole discretion. Pass sharing expires upon termination of your Inspirato Pass.
• If you do not purchase sharing permissions, your Pass rights are personal to you and your spouse/life partner and may not be transferred to or otherwise used by any third person (absent your or your spouse’s/partner’s presence).
• Your Inspirato Documents (including your Inspirato Pass Purchase Confirmation)specify additional rights and privileges applicable to your Inspirato Pass.
• You may view and reserve trips and view and order Beyond Travel options from your Trip List by visiting or by calling (303) 586-7771. All Inspirato Pass reservations and orders must be made from the Trip List.
• You may book Inspirato Pass reservations up to one (1) year in advance, pursuant to the terms outlined below.
• Inspirato Pass trips occur over pre-selected dates and range from two (2) to fourteen (14) nights (you have the flexibility to book fewer nights within any available trip if you prefer).
• Reservations and orders are not final until accepted by Inspirato as evidenced by Inspirato’s email confirmation of your reservation or order (“Confirmation Email”).
• The Trip List will designate a specific number of Pass Days required to reserve or order an Opportunity. A “Pass Day” is equal to one (1) day of your Inspirato Pass. Once you chose an Opportunity, your Inspirato Pass will be placed “In Use” for the specified number of Pass Days allocated to said Opportunity to reserve or order the Opportunity. Once the specified number of Pass Days allocated to your selected Opportunity have passed, your Opportunity is fully reserved or ordered, and your Inspirato Pass becomes “Available” to select your next Opportunity reservation or order. While your Inspirato Pass is In Use, it is unavailable to use to reserve or order other Opportunities. In Use refers to the status of your Inspirato Pass when it is currently being used towards an Opportunity reservation or order, but the required number of Pass Days has not fully elapsed. Available refers to the status of your Inspirato Pass when it is not currently being used towards a reservation or order for an Opportunity. While your Inspirato Pass is In Use, the “Pass Summary,” which you may access via https://www.inspirato.com/pass, will show your “Next Reservation Date.” Your Next Reservation Date is the date when your Inspirato Pass, that is currently In Use, will become Available. When ordering Beyond Travel, said Beyond Travel option will ship (when applicable) following the In Use period assigned to the specific Beyond Travel option. There is no penalty charged to you for cancelling an Inspirato Opportunity at any time. However, you may only cancel a Beyond Travel order up to 72hours prior to the “ship by” date listed on the Confirmation Email. Cancelation requests for a Beyond Travel order within 72 hours are not permitted.
• If you cancel a Fully Reserved Pass trip 30 or more days prior to your Pass trip arrival date, you will receive a refund only in the form of “Canceled Days.” “Fully Reserved” refers to the status of a Pass trip after the number of Pass Days required to reserve it has elapsed. Once a Pass trip is Fully Reserved, the Pass becomes Available to reserve or order another Opportunity. Canceled Days equal a percentage of the Pass Days originally used to reserve the applicable canceled Pass trip (as detailed at https://www.inspirato.com/info/cancellation-policy/), and you may use Canceled Days towards future Opportunity reservations and orders.
• If you fully or partially cancel an Opportunity, you are not entitled to cash refunds, or Inspirato “travel credit” or “travel perk” refunds.
• To make an Inspirato Pass reservation or order or to participate in an Inspirato Pass reservation, you must be current with all Inspirato payments and hold an Inspirato Pass from the time of booking until the trip check-out date. You must maintain an active Inspirato Pass to take a Pass trip.
• All Inspirato Pass payments will be charged to your primary credit card on file with Inspirato.
• Unless otherwise specified herein or required by law, all Inspirato Pass payments, including prepayments, are non-refundable.
• Inspirato reserves the right to change your Inspirato Pass subscription fee, add new fees or charges, or cancel your Inspirato Pass in accordance with your Terms & Conditions. Inspirato reserves the right to report delinquent payments or Passholder accounts to credit bureaus, which may negatively impact your credit.
• These Inspirato Pass Travel Rules, your Inspirato Pass Purchase Confirmation, the Inspirato Terms and Conditions, and any other Inspirato Documents, as defined in the Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspirato pertaining to your Inspirato Pass.
• You must agree to these Inspirato Pass Travel Rules and the Inspirato Terms and Conditions before traveling with or ordering from your Inspirato Pass.

Operator and its authorized agents, representatives, vendors, successors or assigns may perform Operator’s obligations and exercise its rights hereunder.
