We are currently looking to lease exceptional luxury vacation homes in top vacation destinations throughout the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, and select additional markets.

All the homes we lease must meet Inspirato’s comprehensive brand standards. This includes a desirable location, high-end finishes and furnishings, and amenities that can include gourmet kitchens, private pools and hot tubs, expansive outdoor spaces, and other features. While markets vary in price, the value of homes accepted for the Inspirato portfolio typically exceeds one million dollars.

We have a variety of flexible rental arrangements available. The profile is different for each home, and varies greatly by market, asset type, required owner investment, desired owner usage, and other factors. Our team can provide you with a detailed proposal for qualified homes that you are interested in.

Inspirato members have high expectations, so our in-destination teams maintain our leased homes under rigorous best-in-class standards, far beyond typical property management companies. This comprehensive approach, combined with an unmatched rental history, helps maximize property value for our landlords.

Your home will be available exclusively to Inspirato members and their guests—trustworthy, repeat travelers with whom we maintain an ongoing membership-based relationship. It will not be available to the general public.

We will work with you to create a custom usage plan that fits your family’s unique needs while helping to maximize your rental income.

As an owner, you will receive a complimentary Inspirato Club subscription, valued at $7,200 per year, each year during the term of your lease, granting you access to travel within the Inspirato portfolio at members-only rates.
